Our final concert of our 15th season embodies two of our core pillars as an organization, collaboration and preforming music written by women. Presented by the St. Louis Art Museum, this program will feature a World Premiere, Tomorrow’s Garden, by Stephanie Berg along with music by Pulitzer Prize winners Ellen Taaffe Zwilich and Caroline Shaw, along with historic composers such as Amy Beach, Zenobia Powell Perry and Florence Price. Each composer will be linked through story or style to an artists and a piece of art in the Museum’s collections. Museum curators and will join us to narrate this unique program!
